ABOUT THE BARN

The Flagpole Barn is a 19th century post-and-beam carriage barn in the heart of the Borough of Newtown, CT with a view of the historic Main Street flagpole. It was partially renovated in 2013 to shore up its foundation and exterior walls and served as the centerpiece at the wedding of owners Michael and Jennifer Guman. The Barn has played host to a number of nationally and internationally touring artists. We are excited to continue hosting artists from near and far as they share their amazing talents with us and we hope you can joins us for a show sometime soon.
